I’m on a roll with health books. The subtitle of this title says it all: Lose Weight, Supercharge Your Energy, and Transform your Health from Morning to Midnight, only in this case it’s not just hype. I was blown away by @satchin.panda’s Ted Talk and immediately bought his book. What a revolution in thinking for this lifelong insomniac. Circadian is full of scientific info and practical tips. Who knew synchronizing your inner clock with the planet’s clock was so important? This is a compulsive read, an all-nighter, but take Panda’s advice, don’t stay up, go to sleep!!!
