Before you start any January diet you have to read this book. I’ve been obsessed with books about longevity and intermittent fasting for a while now. This is the bible for weight loss and is chock full of scientific studies and stories of obese and diabetic individuals who turned their lives around through intermittent fasting. Best takeaway: It’s not your fault you are overweight. It changed my mind forever about the real causes of excess weight in our society.
