So nice to sit by an imaginary ocean in the middle of Canadian winter. I would read a prescription if it had Reid’s name on it. Great story of orphaned siblings growing up alone and together on the ocean in California. Loved it.
It was as if June had given her a box—as if every parent gives their children a box—full of the things they carried…packed to the brim with her own experiences, her own treasures and heart breaks.
